Restoration Doctor was very responsive and acted quickly to assist me with an overflowing toilet that ran for 30 minutes causing extensive damage. They were at my house within hours assessing the damage and setting up their equipment. They also worked with my insurance company. My wife also commented on how nice and courteous the workers were that came to our house. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. They were fantastic!

We called Restoration Doctor first (based on his excellent reviews) when we discovered black mold in one of our bedrooms. We needed all of the remediation and repair to be done in 7 days, an incredible challenge, and Frank and his great crew came through! I have worked with very few contractors who are as punctual, communicative, and responsive as Fran k. In addition to their quality workmanship we also appreciated the care taken by his crew to keep the workspace clean. We highly recommend this company.

This company completely restored my soaked carpet and walls from a backed up sink (72 hours of drying). He had to drill a few holes in the baseboard and adjacent lower wall to assure adequate ventilation and drying. More importantly, he did a fine job of patching and painting the above to an acceptable appearance. Dave is a good listener, will offer different options and make appropriate recommendations, and is reasonably priced. He's meticulous, but efficient, and pays extra attention to your property when cleaning up, and doing his job. I appreciate the fact that he billed my insurance for me. I would definitely put him on your short list of pros to call when disaster strikes!

We had some water damage and we contacted this company and Mike arrived withing 30 minutes of our call. He came in and started assessing the situation. He told me exactly what needed to be done and he was 100% correct. He said that it will take a minimum of 72 hours to dry but I didn't have the time so we shorted it by 20 hours and it was still wet. The insurance adjuster even said that mike had done a great job given the time frame. The adjuster had Mike come back to dry for another 60 hours or so. He just finished and it was completely dry. He's honest and professional and does not play games

Restoration Doctor should be #1. They are the best! He is very honest, upfront, and willing to offer suggestions. I had a dishwasher delivery go very bad, and needed a complete kitchen remodel. The first step was removing the mold under the floorboards. I called around, got quotes, and \interviewed\ several people. I knew from the start that Restoration Doctor would do the job correctly. Their workers are amazing. They came, did their job, cleaned up, and worked all day long! Dave was no nonsense from the start and told me that this job would take at least 8 days. I received a final lab report, and I was very happy that the kitchen passed the air test with flying colors. Thank you, Dave, for a job well done! Oh, and by the way, his price was more than fair.
